Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Rodney Charles Sheffield of Des Moines has been charged with theft- fifth degree.
A case was initiated Aug. 23 against Nickquael Lenoy Rischer Oliver of Des Moines on a charge of interference with official acts.
